~ Spicy Foccacia Bread ~

1-Cup Water
3 Cups Bread flour
1 tsp. Salt
2 Tbsp. Rice Bran Oil
1 1⁄2 tsp. Yeast
1⁄2 - 1 tsp. Crushed red pepper (optional)
1 Tbsp. Rice Bran Oil
1/8 Cup Rice Bran Oil

Place first six ingredients in bread machine according to manufacture’s instructions. Use FRENCH DOUGH setting. When setting is complete, remove dough from bread pan and place in a bowl that has been greased with 1 tablespoon of rice oil. Turn dough to coat evenly with oil. Cover and let rise 30 minutes.

Roll onto baking sheet. Press with finger tips to spread out a little. Pour remaining 1/8-cup rice oil over dough. Let stand 20 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh herbs and garlic if desired. Bake in preheated 425-degree oven 30 to 35 minutes.
